Hong Kong Professional Baking Workers Union

Hong Kong Professional Bakery and Confectionery Vocational Training Centre

The Hong Kong Professional Bakery and Confectionery Vocational Training Centre, and this institute successfully run the international training course, Diploma in Patisserie (IVQ Diploma in Patisserie 8705-22) together with City & Guilds International in September 2009 which is the first similar institute in Hong Kong to organize the international training course. Not only the training of bakery and confectionary industry in Hong Kong is thus elevated to an international status, but also this is recognized as the honor, a booster shot and a major step to Hong Kong bakery and confectionary industry.

Associazione Nazionale Cake Designers Italia

The "Associazione Nazionale Cake Designers Italia" (ANCD Italia) is an organization whose goal is to give a voice to the many professional cake designers and enthusiastic hobbyists who multiplied in recent years. ANCD Italia is busy promoting and realizing events that feature leanding national and international cake designers with the sole aim of propagating the art of cake design. In order to maintain our high level of professionalism, ANCD Italia constantly consults and collaborates with cake designers of substantiated and recognized national and international fame. Baking Association of Australia

The Baking Association of Australia or the BAA is the baking industry peak national body for Australian Bakeries. The BAA offers a wide variety of service to bakery owners of small to large size bakeries including large manufacturing plants. The BAA welcomes any enquiries to membership or for support to any of the events they conduct during the year.

Korea Bakery Association

Korea Bakery Association (KBA) was founded in January 1963, and represents the group of Bakery industry in Korea. Currently, there are 6,000 members and most of them are managing bakery shops. KBA have 26 branches and 74 chapters. ‘Monthly Bakery’ is published to promote the development of Bakery industry.

The International Federation of Pastry, Ice Cream and Chocolate (FIP)

The International Federation of Pastry, Ice Cream and Chocolate (FIPGC) has as its purpose in professional training, organization of events, fairs, promotion and development of the confectionary industry. The most important events that the FIPGC organizes are: 1) The World Trophy of Pastry, Ice Cream and Chocolate  2) Cake Designers World Championship, which take place every two years at the Host Fiera Milan, gathering teams from all over the world.

The Taiwan Gateaux Association

The Taiwan Gateaux Association was established with the objective of enhancing skills in the baking industry by organizing periodic baking competitions and seminars. The Association serves as a hub for baking industries in Taiwan, Japan and Chinese communities around the world, for exchanging professional knowledge and up-to-date information. Hundreds of members of the Association work as professionals in the food industry, such as hotel pâtissiers, teaching staff from baking departments in culinary schools, bakery operators, material and equipment suppliers, etc.
